This is a Jamaican Tale about a Rastafarian hitting the Jackpot and moving to Capital Hill an upper-class neighborhood where culture and habits collides with other member in the community. He has to either adjust or convert others to his ways and lifestyle. He found out they have few things in common but a lot of differences. He interacts with Tom a married man who is giving him a warm time thinking that he is an outcast but the conversation and clash between the two provides some unbelievable moments between them.
